Vegetable Fries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • 2 large beets
  • 3 turnips
  • 3 carrots
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
  • 2 tsp herb salt
  • 3 cloves of garlic (minced)

Clean and slice all vegetables into strips.
Place vegetables in bowl and top with remaining ingredients. Toss to mix well.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and place the fries on the paper in one layer, as flat as possible.
Bake for 30 minutes.
