1 Low Carb Tortilla (here’s a great recipe)
2 Keto sausage balls
1 oz Cream cheese & 1 oz Bacon bits mixed together
Few leaves of Spinach
2 Avocado slices
1 Tbs Primal kitchen Mayo
1 Tbs Alternasweets Classic Tomato Ketchup + more to dip (or try Spicy Ketchup)
Spread your mayo on the low carb tortilla
Top with spinach
Spread your cream cheese mixture
Cut two sausage balls in fours and lay down like ground beef
Top with Alternasweets ketchup and mustard
Add your avocado slices or omit
Shove in mouth!
Keto Sausage Ball Recipe: Makes 24 (2-3 used for taco, save the rest for later)
1 lb ground italian sausage
1 lb ground breakfast sauage
1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c almond flour (more of less for breaded texture)
Optional: 1/2 a diced onion
Pink salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
Pre-heat oven to 350
Throw it all in a bowl and mix thoroughly by hand until all incorporated.
Roll into 24 1.5 to 2 in size balls
Grease a muffin pan
Place one ball in each spot and cook for 15 minutes – flip each ball and cook till desired crispness.
